Agreement
These Terms govern use of the Book Local Leads website and services. By requesting a sample, paying for a sample or retainer, or using materials we deliver, you agree to these Terms. If you are buying for a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company.

The service
We provide research-based lists of local homeowners who appear ready to book home services in territories you specify, plus short outreach email drafts for your niche. Delivery is typically by email. This is a done-for-you research and copy service — not software, not a marketplace, and not a guarantee of appointments or revenue.
Pricing
- Sample: $297 one-time for one list (about 25–50 homeowners) and three outreach emails scoped to your market, after we confirm we can cover your area.
- Retainer: $497 per month for ongoing weekly lists and email support, offered if you choose to continue after a sample. Cancel anytime by emailing us; billing stops at the end of the then-current paid period unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Prices are in US dollars. Taxes may apply where required. We do not promise refunds on completed sample deliveries except where required by law or where we fail to deliver the agreed sample after payment.
What we do not guarantee
We do not guarantee that any homeowner will answer, book, or pay you. We do not sell “exclusive locked appointments,” exclusive territory rights, or minimum job counts. Results depend on your follow-up, pricing, capacity, and market conditions. Any examples of outcomes are illustrative only — we do not invent testimonials or statistics on this site.
Your responsibilities
- Comply with all laws when contacting homeowners (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, state calling and texting rules, Do Not Call, and similar).
- Use the lists and emails only for legitimate outreach for your own local business; do not resell or republish the lists.
- Provide accurate trade and territory information so we can scope the work.
- Honor opt-outs: if a person asks you to stop contacting them, stop.
Our outreach to you
If we email you about our own services and you want no further marketing email, reply STOP or write to hello@send.booklocalleads.com with subject STOP.
Intellectual property
Site content and the email drafts we write for you are owned by us until delivered; once delivered as part of a paid sample or retainer, you may use those drafts for your business. You may not claim our brand as your own or resell our templates as a competing lead product.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Book Local Leads is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits arising from use of the lists, emails, or site. Our total liability for a paid order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order in the three months before the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your outreach, your use of the lists, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms; the date above will change when we do. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
