Who we are

Book Local Leads (“we,” “us”) provides weekly homeowner lead lists and outreach email drafts to local service businesses in the United States. Contact: hello@send.booklocalleads.com.

What we collect

• When you email us: your name, email address, company name, trade, service area, and anything else you include in the message.
• When you become a customer: billing and payment details processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers on our own servers), your territory preferences, and delivery history for the lists and emails we send you.
• Website: this site is a simple static page. We do not run advertising pixels or sell site analytics profiles. Standard server or host logs (such as IP address and pages requested) may be kept briefly by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
• Homeowner information in our lists: compiled from publicly available sources and signals for the purpose of helping local businesses contact people who may want their services. We do not claim private data that is not lawfully available for this use.

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and deliver the sample or retainer service you requested.
• To bill, prevent fraud, and keep basic business records.
• To improve coverage of markets we already serve (for example, which ZIPs we can support well).
• We do not sell your customer contact information to third parties for their marketing.

Email and SMS outreach

If you receive marketing email from us about Book Local Leads and want to stop, reply with STOP or email hello@send.booklocalleads.com with subject STOP. We will remove you from that outreach list. A one-click HTTPS unsubscribe link may be added later; until then, mailto STOP is the path we honor.

Sharing

We share information only as needed with service providers who help us operate (email delivery, payments, hosting), when required by law, or with your direction. Those providers are expected to use the data only to perform their services for us.

Retention

We keep inquiry and customer records as long as needed for the relationship, legal, and accounting purposes, then delete or de-identify them when they are no longer required.

Your choices

Email us to update your contact details, request a copy of what we hold about you as a customer, or ask us to delete information we are not required to keep. California and other state residents may have additional rights under applicable law; contact us and we will work through a reasonable request.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site or our services after an update means you have reviewed the revised policy.
